GWO ART-Hub Participant Requirements

  • You must be 18+ to attend.
  • You should be medically fit to take part in practical rescue training.

  • You should hold valid GWO prerequisite training, including Working at Height, First Aid and Manual Handling.

  • What are the prerequisites for GWO ART-Hub?

    Delegates should hold the required GWO prerequisite training, including Working at Height, First Aid and Manual Handling, and must have an active WINDA ID/profile. Delegates should also be medically fit and able to take part in practical rescue exercises.

  • How long is GWO ART-Hub valid for?

    GWO Advanced Rescue Training certificates are normally valid for two years. Delegates should refresh their training before expiry to maintain an active training record and meet employer or site access requirements.

  • Is ART-Hub the same as GWO ART-Nacelle?

    No. ART-Hub focuses on rescue in the hub, spinner and inside blade areas. ART-Nacelle focuses on rescue in the nacelle, tower and basement areas. Both sit within the wider GWO Advanced Rescue Training pathway.

  • Can ART-Hub be completed as a stand-alone module?

    Yes. GWO states that the Advanced Rescue Training modules can be delivered independently or as stand-alone training, depending on the delegate’s training needs and employer requirements. At Dangle Academy, we offer GWO ART, GWO ART-H and GWO ART-N.
