GWO FIRE SAFETY AWARENESS TRAINING COURSE

At Dangle's Academy in Belfast, Northen Ireland, we provide comprehensive GWO Fire Awareness training and many other GWO courses tailored to those working in and around wind turbines and associated sites.

This GWO BST Fire Safety Awareness Module aims to enable those attending how to administer basic fire skills correctly and safely, with a particular focus on using them in the wind turbine industry / WTG environment. The course is a combination of practical and theory training.

• Warning signs of a fire in progress, including spotting smoke
• Understanding and follow fire evacuation procedures
• Contingency plans about wind turbine fires
• Identifying what could cause a fire in a wind turbine
• Safe use of personal fire-fighting equipment
