Industrial Painter Training – Bronze (Foundation)

Industrial Painter Training – Silver
An intermediate industrial painter course for delegates who need to build on foundation skills and develop greater awareness of surface preparation and abrasive blasting.
This package includes the Bronze foundation content, then expands into blasting methods, equipment awareness, abrasive media, safety measures, surface cleanliness and preparation standards such as SA 2.5.
Industrial Painter Training – Gold
An advanced industrial painter course for delegates who need training in airless spray painting and more complete coating application practice.
This package includes the Bronze and Silver content, then expands into the safe use of airless spray systems, equipment set-up, spray techniques, pressure awareness, fault detection, clean-up and practical application control.
Marine Painting Training
A practical marine painting course for delegates involved in coating application, maintenance and repair work in marine, harbour, offshore and industrial environments.
This module covers marine coating awareness, corrosion considerations, surface preparation, coating application methods, environmental conditions, stripe coating, coating defects, inspection awareness and good working practice.
Thin Film Intumescent Coating Application Training
A specialist passive fire protection painting course for delegates involved in applying thin film intumescent coatings to structural steel.
This module covers intumescent coating awareness, substrate preparation, primer compatibility, environmental conditions, wet film and dry film thickness awareness, application methods, quality checks, common defects and safe working practice.
Assessment and Certification
Each industrial painter training course delivered by Dangle Academy includes a combination of practical training and theory-based learning to ensure delegates understand both application techniques and safe working practices.
